Silverstone Ponies
Building a Better Future for our
Ponies Tomorrows
Silverstone farm is aspiring to
establish a pony division with
the intended goal to give
unwanted ponies the training
and skills necessary to be
useful in stable suitable
homes.
 With todays growing needs to
address the rising numbers of
homeless and neglected ponies
and horses due to the
economical recession,
uneducated horse owners. As
well as the exportation of horses
and ponies for slaughter.
Silverstone farm intends on
doing its part in helping the
effort to rehabilitate and
responsibly re home homeless
ponies and give them the
necessary skills to find there
way in life.  As well as doing
our part to educate our youth in
good proper horsemanship for
the future generations of our
ponies tomorrows.

Our first official Rescue
LENA LEE
3 year old mare 12.1 hands
Purchased out of Camelot Auctions
kill pen with the kind donations of
friends and family and the help of
Blue Star Equiculture.  When she
came to SSF she had pneumonia and
was a very sick baby with intestinal
parasites. With the help of Dr. John
Pertizcet for proper medical
attention, antibiotics and a
deworming regimen she recovered
with no permanent damage to her
respiratory system.
Lena is a sweet loving welsh cross
pony that wins the heart of all who
know her. Coming 4 years old in
2011 she will be trained to ride. Lena
is handled quite often by her
growing fan club and stands very
well for grooming and picks up her
feet. She leads well for children and
is never fresh or sassy. She will
become available after a proper start
and she has some miles under
saddle.
If you are interested in sponsoring
LENA pleas call.
Silverstone Farm intends on
making our ponies available
for lease option. Ponies are more
than often grown out of and can
still be useful as older more
experienced mounts for
younger less experienced
aspiring equestrians, driving
ponies and or companion
ponies.
Silverstone Farm  is open to
individual rehoming
agreements.
